How to get through life’s troubles.

Today I was thinking, for a brief moment, about how to get through life’s troubles and ended up with this:

How to not get through life’s troubles.

Is thinking about what to do about something you feel bad about (and eventually coming to a decision to do something about it) while you are experiencing that feeling helpful? is it even a real decision? will you implement your plans that you came up with at that moment?

Or is it just your way of getting out of that state that you are in? Because when you make those plans you start to feel like you have already implemented them. Or you are certain that you will. The problem with that is:

  1. You will forget about it once you feel better and
  2. Even if you remember it, it’s too ambitious for when you are not in that state of intense feeling.
